STEP INTO SOMETHING DIFFERENT
In 1868, stonemason Owen Gethin Jones led the build of the beautiful Betws-y-Coed Railway Station, better connecting the village to North Wales and further afield. Little could he have imagined it would also now house our boutique holiday accommodation for people to stay, overlook and marvel at the railway he set the foundations for.
Many visitors embarked on train journeys, lured by the waterfalls, mountains, castles, and plenty more that Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park has to offer. Today is no different. In-between relishing the freedom to explore North Wales, we at Alpine Apartments wish to provide a unique, relaxed space for you to enjoy beyond your adventures.
Conveniently located in the heart of the village, we offer a luxurious and vibrant alternative to the more traditional welsh accommodation in Betws-y-Coed. Beautifully designed by artist, photographer and environmentalist Jacha Potgieter, each room has been individually curated into one of kind escapes. Having travelled extensively, our apartments speak of the exotic climes and cultures Jacha has
experienced, alongside valuing those small home-from-home comforts to ensure you have a memorable stay.
Whether you are looking for a romantic escape, or family getaway, our five self-catering apartments, of varying sizes, make a stay with us ideal for any occasion. These apartments are also dog friendly, should you want to bring the whole family along! (£20 per dog).
Our three B&B rooms provide the perfect, intimate spaces for couples to kick back and relax with a complimentary bottle of wine, knowing that breakfast is taken care of the next morning, at the Hangin’ Pizzeria.
Please note that our B&B rooms are not dog friendly. We recommend Apartments 6 & 10 for couples looking to bring their four legged friends.
In line with the conservation ethos of our sister businesses, the Hangin’ Pizzeria and Oriel Ospie, we aim to be as sustainable as possible in our operation. This includes using natural, vegan and cruelty free cleaning products by leading refillable company Miniml, as well as committing to remain palm oil free in support of our chosen charities, Orangutan Appeal UK and Ape Action Africa.
